Ryan French received an email from a Monday Q follower who wanted to donate two of his Masters tickets for the Tuesday, April 9th practice round. Ryan tweeted asking for great stories, which is how Drive Fore the Future was able to meet Xander Moody.

Xander is a fun and energetic 8 year old boy who was diagnosed with bone cancer in February of 2024. Family friend, Reagan McClenny, knows the toll that the constant doctor appointments have taken on the family, so he reached out to Monday Q for consideration in sending Xander and his dad, Brent, to the Masters for an unforgettable and uplifting opportunity. Through the generous donations of social media followers and supporters, Drive Fore the Future was able to cover their flights from their home in Houston to Atlanta, as well as a rental car, and hotel - and also arrange for a few surprises along the way. From the airport, Brent and Xander made their way to Augusta National. Before heading into the gates, they were treated to a private tour of the Callaway equipment truck.

Waiting for Xander at the truck was defending champion Jon Rahm's caddie, Adam, along with Jon's bag. The Callaway team also made a custom-fit wedge for Xander with his name stamped on the back. The gifts didn't stop there. World number six, Xander Schauffele, signed a hat for the kid with whom he shared a first name. The Callaway team also gave Xander exclusive club covers, normally only available to the pros playing in the Masters.

From there, Brent and Xander made their way into Augusta National, first stopping at the famous merchandise tent and picking up some new hats and shirts. Then, the pair spent all day watching the practice rounds of the world's best. While on the course, Xander exchanged a laugh with Jordan Spieth and was able to get his autograph, and also got to chat with Adam Hadwin.

Xander's smile graced every moment of their day at the Masters, creating an unforgettable bonding experience for him and his dad, and giving Xander a much-needed break from doctor's appointments, hospital visits and treatment. A special thank you to all those who donated to help make this trip possible.
