Drive Fore The Future Foundation Supports Jennings High School Golf Team with $25,000 in Resources
St. Louis, March 18, 2024 — Drive Fore The Future Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to making the game of golf more accessible to individuals from all socioeconomic backgrounds, is proud to announce a partnership with Jennings High School, located near St. Louis, Missouri. The foundation has provided approximately $25,000 in resources to establish and support the boys’ and girls’ golf teams at the school.
A ceremony will be held in the school gym at 10 a.m. on Monday, March 18, at which time the equipment will be presented to the team. The school is at 8850 Cozens Avenue in Jennings, Missouri.
This initiative was made possible through the efforts of Jennings High School coach Kevin Collins, who reached out to Drive Fore The Future to secure support for the team. Collins’ dedication and commitment to providing opportunities for his athletes was instrumental in bringing this partnership to fruition.
The contribution of Drive Fore The Future includes a comprehensive range of resources essential to the team's development and success. Among the items being provided are clubs, bags, apparel, balls, shoes, and a state-of-the-art simulator. Additionally, the foundation will offer financial assistance to cover practice fees, as well as transportation expenses, ensuring the team can compete in events.
